These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player", "you", or "your") and PPTOTO ("the Platform", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the PPTOTO website, mobile platform, and all associated services available at pptoto.asia (collectively, "the Service").

By registering an account, accessing the Service, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise engaging with any component of the PPTOTO platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. PPTOTO reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. We encourage all users to review these Terms periodically.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following defined terms shall carry the meanings ascribed to them below:

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on PPTOTO, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the use of the Service:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. PPTOTO applies a minimum age of 21 in alignment with the standards required by internationally licensed online gaming operators and in recognition of Malaysian legal norms regarding gambling participation.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single Account Rule: Each natural person may register and operate only one Account. Duplicate, shared, or duplicate-purpose accounts are expressly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Own Account Requirement: You must register and operate the Account exclusively in your own name, for your personal use only. Registering on behalf of another individual, corporation, or third-party entity is not permitted.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You are solely responsible for determining whether the access and use of online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. PPTOTO does not warrant the legality of accessing the Service from any particular location.
• Non-Employee Status: Employees, directors, officers, and immediate family members of PPTOTO, its operators, affiliates, software providers, and payment processing partners are not eligible to register or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.

Registration requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Malaysian mobile number. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Upon registration, you will create a unique username and a secure password. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. PPTOTO will never request your password through any communication channel — including live chat, email, telephone, or WhatsApp. If you receive any such request, you must report it to our support team immediately.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to strengthen Account security.
• Do not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members and friends.
• Notify PPTOTO support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Use a unique, strong password not used across other online accounts or services.

PPTOTO accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to safeguard their account credentials, subject to applicable law. You agree to indemnify PPTOTO against any claims arising from Account misuse attributable to your own negligence in maintaining credential security.

PPTOTO accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through a range of locally integrated payment channels. All deposit transactions are processed in real time or near-real time, subject to the processing timelines of the respective payment provider.

Supported deposit methods currently include, but are not limited to:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and other FPX-member banks
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow, DuitNow QR
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), Ethereum (ETH)

You warrant that all funds deposited into your PPTOTO Account originate from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised account holder or wallet owner for all payment methods used. PPTOTO reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership as part of its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance procedures.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. Withdrawals to a different payment method or third-party account may be declined and may trigger a compliance review.

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be approved and processed:

• KYC Completion: Full identity verification (KYC) must be completed. This typically requires a government-issued photo ID (MyKad or passport) and a selfie. First-time withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is approved.
• Wagering Requirements: Any bonus-related wagering requirements attached to your current balance must be fulfilled in full prior to withdrawal.
• Account in Good Standing: Your Account must be free of any active disputes, compliance holds, or fraud investigations at the time of the request.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily and weekly withdrawal caps apply per account tier. VIP and Black Diamond tier accounts benefit from elevated withdrawal limits.

Standard processing times: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) typically clear within 5–30 minutes. FPX and bank transfers typically process within 30 minutes to 3 hours during banking hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are confirmed upon completion of network validations. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.

PPTOTO offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and tier-based birthday bonuses. Each promotion is governed by specific terms which supplement these general Terms and Conditions.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the requisite number of times (as specified in the individual promotion terms) using real funds before any winnings derived from bonus credit become eligible for withdrawal.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: PPTOTO reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if a Player is found to have engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or colluding with other players for promotional benefit.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Unclaimed or unexpired bonus funds remaining beyond the expiry window will be automatically forfeited without notice.
• Referral Bonus: The MYR 38 referral bonus is credited once the referred player has successfully registered, completed KYC, and met the minimum first deposit threshold. Referral bonuses are subject to standard wagering requirements.

All games available on the PPTOTO platform — including live casino, slots, sports betting, and table games — operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical game mechanics. All game outcomes are determined independently and are not subject to manipulation by PPTOTO or any third party.

Players acknowledge that all forms of gambling involve an inherent element of risk and that the outcome of any single game session or wager cannot be predicted or guaranteed. PPTOTO does not guarantee any return of investment, profit, or positive outcome from participation in any game.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a live game, PPTOTO reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the stake to the Player's Account.
• Wagers placed and confirmed are final and binding. No refunds will be issued for placed bets outside of a proven technical error.
• Sports betting markets are offered subject to the rules of the respective sport and tournament governing body. PPTOTO's in-house trading team retains the right to adjust odds, suspend markets, or void bets in circumstances of data feed error, match abandonment, or force majeure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PPTOTO platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place wagers, or perform any account activity.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker or other player-versus-player formats.
• Any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or exploitation of information not publicly available to influence sports betting outcomes.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illicit source.
• Registering multiple accounts, using false identity documentation, or providing fraudulent information during KYC verification.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or technical glitches for financial gain. Identified exploits must be reported to PPTOTO support immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward PPTOTO staff, support agents, or other players.

PPTOTO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice. Circumstances that may trigger account action include, without limitation:

• Reasonable suspicion of any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 9.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback, dispute, or reversal instruction from a payment provider.
• Voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder under our responsible gambling program.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account action.

In the event of Account closure for non-breach reasons (e.g., voluntary closure or self-exclusion), any verified real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

All content on the PPTOTO platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, written content, graphics, audio, and video materials — constitutes the intellectual property of PPTOTO or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works from any part of the PPTOTO platform without express prior written consent from PPTOTO.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PPTOTO, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

PPTOTO does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

PPTOTO is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling and the prevention of gambling-related harm. We provide a range of self-management tools accessible within your Account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous gameplay.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period — from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and opt out of all marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PPTOTO holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Malaysian users acknowledge that PPTOTO is not regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia, the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), or any other Malaysian government authority. Users are solely responsible for determining whether access to this platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction of residence.
